It tries to open it, then shut down w/o error message. SAFARI, GOOGLE, etc - poor. We can barely get them to enter a username and password . It took you two hours to uninstall when a Google search would have revealed the answer in 2 seconds? How come the software doesn't work with the latest EXP. It also appears that once you delete this piece of crap you may not not be able to access the internet. no need to get harsh over a howto. the IE8 has all the info beside it, and no remove option.
