the solution worked!! Though I doubt that a plug-in is the answer, there may be some issues with the browser itself.4) If you put a video in your drive, can you hear it?5) When Then I will click on okay. Any suggestions?

When the sound goes dead on my G930 (always due to the battery dying) I just unplug the USB transmitter which automatically switches everything to my desktop. Very strange. This solved my problem! have a peek at these guys Somehow it had been set to mute.
