I seem to have the same problem as 'con' was above. But it works fine in XP SP1 and 2000. Half-open limit fix remedies this problem by increasing the maximum limit of half-open connections. Not the answer you're looking for?

I thing I have to mention is that I think this problem started happening when I uninstalled ZoneAlarm and downloaded Windows Defender (Malware detector) and turned on XP's own firewall.
