Revo Uninstaller (my backup) works fine, and the file systems appear good. then i went to regedit and got rid of everything that had to do with my lockbox. get rid of norton, download AVG Free, Sunbelt Kiero Personal Firewall, and Spybot/Adaware and you're set for life (of the pc )... I dont know the programs you have installed but it sounds to me it does not have an uninstall on the program or it is not registered,You have to manually remove How to fix this: Cannot install unverified add-on even with xpinstall.signatures.required set to false. After scanning it my antivirus has detected IDP.ALEXA.51 virus and i delete it too.
I'm not computer savvy and don't know if that does anything, but Add/Remove programs did nothing.
My computer hasn't been running right sense I downloaded "Avast"-did not pay anything, either it was free or trial version. After that i start searching about this threat and i know that it is a dangerous computer threat which can completely destroy my PC if remains for some long period. Let's see it is not only some programs not showing in Add/Remove is practically ALL my programs. It worked fine before i left because i was clearing out some old, unused programs. I just grabbed the application folder and threw it in the trash, because the add/remove program function did nothing. Bingo, ZIP there, too.
